  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Payments are processed via third-party PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateways.

  • Agripie does not store or process customers’ card or banking details.

 

6. Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Shipping, cancellation, return, and refund conditions are governed by our separate policies available on the Website and form an integral part of these Terms.

 

7. Training & Consultancy Terms

  1. Training and consultancy are provided based on scientific knowledge and practical experience.

  2. Outcomes may vary depending on infrastructure, environmental conditions, materials, and user practices.

  3. Agripie does not guarantee yield, profit, commercial success, or regulatory approval.

  4. All training materials, SOPs, and protocols remain the intellectual property of Agripie and may not be copied, recorded, shared, or resold without written consent.

  5. On-site training is subject to mutually agreed schedules and facility readiness at the client’s location.

 

8. Bulk & Institutional Buyer Terms

  1. Bulk, institutional, academic, or government purchases may be governed by separate written quotations or agreements.

  2. Buyers are responsible for independent testing and validation of products for their intended use.

  3. Agripie’s liability, if any, is limited to parameters under its direct control at the time of dispatch.

  4. No implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose applies unless expressly agreed in writing.

  5. Bulk orders, once confirmed, cannot be modified or cancelled unless agreed in writing.

 

9. Export & International Buyer Addendum

  1. International buyers must ensure compliance with import regulations, quarantine rules, and local laws of the destination country.

  2. Agripie does not guarantee customs clearance, regulatory acceptance, or delivery timelines for international shipments.

  3. All customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  4. Risk of delay, seizure, or rejection by foreign authorities passes to the buyer once the shipment is dispatched.

  5. International orders are supplied strictly for commercial, research, or training use, unless stated otherwise in writing.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All Website content—including text, images, logos, graphics, and trademarks—is the property of Agripie Agrosystem LLP and may not be used without prior written permission.

 

11. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Agripie is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
