To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please read our Booking Policy carefully before scheduling any of the following services: Training on Mushroom Cultivation Technology One-on-One Consultation for Mushroom Cultivation Consultation for Mushroom Facility Setup Customized Lab or Farm Support Services ✅ Booking Confirmation All bookings must be made in advance through our website, official WhatsApp, or email. Bookings are confirmed only upon full or partial payment, depending on the service. A confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent with session details and schedule. ⏰ Rescheduling & Changes Rescheduling is allowed once at no extra cost if notified at least 48 hours in advance. For group trainings or workshops, rescheduling depends on availability and batch size. Agripie reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of unavoidable circumstances; alternate dates will be offered. ❌ Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the service date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session. In case of no-shows or late arrivals beyond 30 minutes, the booking will be considered forfeited. 📍 Mode of Delivery Trainings and consultations may be conducted online (via Zoom/Meet) or offline at our facility, as per the service and client preference. Travel and accommodation for in-person services (if required) must be arranged and borne by the client unless explicitly included in the package. 📦 Facility Setup & Long-Term Projects For mushroom facility setup or commercial consultation projects, a formal agreement will be signed with detailed deliverables and timelines.
