Please review our SHIPPING, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY for a smoother post-purchase issues on cancellation, return and refund of your order.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Shipping, Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement)refers to AgriPie AgroSystem LLP, Vill Nawada, Phulwari Sharif, Patna.
Goods refer to the items/ products offered for sale on our website.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Website refers to AgriPie AgroSystem, accessible from https://www.agripie.com/.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. Specifications of Goods
We process samples for analysis at our own laboratory. We may analyze the samples at our own lab facility, or another lab OR get it analyzed from a third-party laboratory service provider. In all cases, we may provide the details of sample processing to analysis linked to each product. The Analytical Report of each product may also be linked to it for its preview by the customer before making a purchase; OR may be provided to the customers upon request.
Depending of the personnel, reagents, instruments and other labware involved in sample processing and analysis, some variations may arise from one lab to another.
Keeping this in mind, we reserve a deviation of ±10% in our Test Reports up to which no quality dispute be raised by any customer.
Before placing the order and making payment, the customer must ensure that the specifications of the Goods specified by us on our website meets his/her requirement.
All forms of mushroom cultures (Pure culture, Spawn, Liquid culture, etc.) must be tested by the customers himself/ herself for their suitability for laboratory uses and/or commercial cultivation.
We accept NO LIABILITY for the performance of the mushroom cultures at the laboratory or production facility of the customer.

3. Shipping Policy
We pack each and every single shipment carefully and try to minimize the possibilities of contamination and damage through its delivery to the customer. We may send the shipment through any reputed Courier Service or a Courier Service of customer’s choice, only if feasible for us. The tracking details of the shipment shall be sent to the customer to his/her registered email and/or mobile number.
TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS:
The supply of temperature-sensitive items like pure cultures and spawn using cold-chain transportation services is economically NOT feasible because of very high shipping costs, if a very few available options available in our area. The high temperature of May - mid June may adversely affect the culture, like partial melting on agar in the agar plate, etc. Customers will be notified regarding this issue before accepting their orders.
These are carefully shipped to reach the destination within 2-10 days and 3-4 weeks for DOMENSTIC and INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS, respectively, while preserving product quality. Again, the customers are requested to take account of high temperatures before placing such order in the months May and June.
SPECIAL CAUTION FOR RECEIVING SHIPMENT OF PURE CULTURES AND SPAWN: The customer shall gently shake the package to hear any sound of broken glass. Do NOT ACCEPT the shipment if you hear the tinkle sound of broken glass from the shipment. NO liability will be accepted by us if any glass packaging is broken during transportation and the same is received by the customer.
It’d be the sole responsibility of customer NOT TO ACCEPT any TEMPERTED, DAMAGED SHIPMENT (with visible signs on outside packaging), and/or a package giving tinkle sound of broken glass upon gentle shaking.

3.1. Dispatch and Delivery Time
We dispatch the items-in-stock within 1-2 days of receiving customer’s order. In orders where pure cultures are required, we may require to inoculate a fresh culture media that would subsequently increase the dispatch time to 3-7 days.
Some courier service providers may not deliver to the Customer’s locality for one or another reason without acknowledging the same at the time of booking the shipment. The Customer is kindly requested to collect the shipment in person from that service provider and notify us the same.
The delivery time is integrated with the Courier Service Provider, Preferred Delivery Speed, Delivery location, etc. However, the maximum expected delivery time is-

2-7 WORKING Days after shipping with EXPRESS SHIPPING of DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

3-10 WORKING Days after shipping with STANDARD SHIPPING of DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

3-10 WORKING Days after shipping with FREE SHIPPING of DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

2-4 week after shipping of INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
NOTE: The delivery time mentioned here is as claimed by the courier services like Bluedart, Indiapost, etc. We NEITHER have control over this delivery time NOR would accept any liability for any delay in the delivery time.

3.2. Shipping Charges
We MAY provide free shipping for DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL orders, but NOT OBLIGATED for the same.
When free shipping is not available for an order from a delivery location, it may be- 1. calculated during checkout at our store, 2. charged on a flat rate basis, Or 3. the actual shipping charges may be charged from the customer.

3.3. Custom Clearance, Custom Duty, Local Taxes, etc.
Once shipped by us, the CUSTOM DUTIES, CUSTOMER CLEARANCE, LOCAL TAXES, and any other COUNTRY/ STATE/ GEO LOCATION-SPECIFIC TAX or CHARGES shall be the sole responsibility of the BUYER. Most of the times, the courier service provider pays these charges to the respective Local Authorities on confirmation with the BUYER on his behalf, and collects the same from the BUYER at the time of delivery.

4. Cancellation of Order
Before placing the order and making payment, the customer must ensure that the specifications of the Good or Products specified by us on our website meets his/her requirement.
A customer can cancel his/her order within 24 hours of placing the order for any reason. Any payment made towards this cancelled order shall be refunded to the customer’s account (through which payment was made to us) within next 7 days.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, no order cancellation will be entertained by us.

THE CANCELLATION OF ANY ORDER WOULD NOT BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THE ORDER IS SHIPPED because most of the items are perishable and may get damaged if in transit for prolonged time. Moreover, they are prone to contamination once the package is opened.

5. Return Policy
1. The Goods/ Items/ Products, namely Mushroom, Pure Culture, Mother Culture and Spawn are perishable in nature and prone to contamination once the container is open. So, RETURN REQUEST FOR SUCH ITEMS ARE NOT ENTERTAINED UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS.
2. Once dispatched from our side, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN REQUEST from customers IF the order contains Mushroom Spawn, Pure culture, Mother culture or ANY OTHER PERISHABLE ITEMS.
3. However, we would issue REFUND ONLY IF our product quality is lower by 10% (or more) compared to the one mentioned by us for those item/product/goods WITHOUT REQUIRING THE CUSTOMER TO RETURN US THE SAME.
4. In case of NON-PERISHABLE PRODUCTS like DRIED MUSHROOM, we ACCEPT RETURN REQUEST ONLY IF OUR PRODUCT QUALITY TESTS LOWER by 10% (or more) by the customer (or, any entity appointed by him/her for the same) compared to the one specified by us.
In such cases, the customer needs to RETURN us the order is full (minus the quantity consumed for product testing) within 7 days of resolution of 5.1. DISPUTE OVER PRODUCT QUALITY
(see below) in favor of the customer. We also bear the cost of return of shipment/order from customer. We process refund ONLY AFTER receiving the items and VERIFYING it is in good conditions (i.e. the product is not contaminated, soiled, adulterated, etc. and free from other defects).

5.1. Dispute Over Product Quality
A customer can raise quality issue like cordycepin content, culture quality, damaged culture container, etc. and seek refund against the same.
We would issue refund if the quality concerns raised by the customer appear genuine to us. If not satisfied, we reserve the right to cancel the customer’s request for return/refund of an order.
The customer can also intimate us to appoint any THIRD-PARTY LABORATORY to check the quality if he/she suspects sub-specification (inferior quality) products being supplied by us. However, the customer must inform us the same in written, like through email, BEFORE PROCEEDING FOR PRODUCT QUALITY TESTING for our legal records as well as REIMBURSEMENT of these expenses to the customer by us.
The customer, in our mutual agreement over the choice of a THIRD-PARTY LABORATORY, shall appoint a THIRD-PARTY LABORATORY to resolve the quality concern. Such third-party laboratories would be nationally and/or internationally reputed in such fields as well as have one or more accreditation like ISO, NABL, FSSAI, FDA, etc.
The actual cost of product testing shall initially be borne by the customer.
We will REIMBURSE the actual cost of product testing to the customer within 15 Days of him/her intimating us the same ONLY IF our product quality is found INFERIOR or SUB-SPECIFICATION (by 10% or more) in lab test reports compared to its specifications mentioned by us.
No REFUND or REIMBURSEMENT will be provided to the customer IF our product quality tests OK or SUPERIOR in the third-party lab reports.

6. Refund Policy
We would entertain the customer’s request for refund only under following circumstances-
1. The quality or specification of the products mentioned on our website (as per section 2. Specifications of Goods) does not meet the same when tested in any other laboratory. This may include, but not exclusive to-
1a. The cordycepin content in fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris tested by the customer following our protocol of sample preparation and analysis is lower by 10% (or more) compared to the one mentioned by us.
1b. The genus of pure culture, mother culture or spawn ordered by the customer differs from the one supplied by us.
1c. The pure culture, mother culture or spawn does not exhibit growth under the cultural conditions specified by us.
1d. Any other deviation from our specifications that adversely affects the product quality like active ingredient in the edible products, growth of cultures & spawn, etc.
2. The ampule, tube or similar packaging material in case of pure culture, mother culture or spawn is somehow OPEN, SPILLED, CRACKED and/or OOZING but not broken into pieces during transportation without any visual sign from outside. THE CUSTOMERS ARE REQUESTED NOT TO ACCEPT A PACKAGE WITH TINKLING SOUND OF BROKEN GLASS.
3. Any other QUALITY and/or QUANTITY related deficiency in the product.
4. Refund in case of 4. CANCELLATION OF ORDER.
THE CUSTOMER MUST INTIMATE US IN WRITTEN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT FOR ANY RETURN AND REFUND ISSUE. AFTER THIS PERIOD, NO RETURN AND REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED BY US.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS OF ANY MERCHANDISE THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE RETURN CONDITIONS IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

6.1. Mode and Duration of Refund
1. Refund will be issued by us to the customer ONLY as per section 6. Refund Policy.
2. Refund would be issued to the customer’s original BANK ACCOUNT/ UPI/ DEBIT or CREDIT CARD, etc. from which the order payment was made during purchase at our website.
3. IN CASE WHERE RETURN OF SHIPMENT IS NOT REQUIRED and NO DISPUTE OVER PRODUCT QUALITY is involved, refund will be issued within 7 Days of receiving refund request from the customer.
4. IN CASE WHERE RETURN OF SHIPMENT IS NOT REQUIRED and DISPUTE OVER PRODUCT QUALITY IS INVOLVED, the refund will be issued within 7 Days of resolution of DISPUTE OVER QUALITY in favor of the customer.
5. IN CASE WHERE RETURN OF SHIPMENT IS REQUIRED and DISPUTE OVER PRODUCT QUALITY IS INVOLVED, the refund will be issued within 15 Days of receiving the return shipment as per section 5. Return Policy after resolution of DISPUTE OVER QUALITY in favor of the customer.
